Nate Wright's son, Nate Wright Jr. followed his father's footsteps to become a highly sought after running back out of Point Loma high school in San Diego. Nate Wright Jr. received a full athletic scholarship to play football for Rick Neuheisel, at the University of Colorado at Boulder as a corner back in 1997.
