 in 2006. He was a record-setting goalscorer for the University of Rochester. In four seasons, he totaled 57 goals and 26 assists for 140 points. He holds the record for total points and goals as well as most goals in a season (20). He won All-America honors in three consecutive seasons (sophomore through senior year). As a senior in 2005, he had 15 goals and 10 assists for 40 points. He was selected as the University Athletic Association's Player of the Year as a junior and senior. Rochester compiled a 16-0-0 regular season record and set a school record for most victories in his senior season.

 The Magazine College Division Academic All-American of the Year in 2005 as selected by the members of the College Sports Information Directors of America. He was a Second Team Academic All-American as a junior, First Team Academic All-American as a senior. He was also named a First Team Scholar All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

He graduated from the University in December, 2005 with a dual degree in political science and history with a minor in philosophy. He was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society
