History of The School

The school opened in the year 1917 A.D. as a public school system, for enriching the lives of people in and around south Bangalore with an education system considered prime for its age.

Admission

Admission is open to everyone without regard to religion, caste or creed. This is an equal opportunity school. There is a minimum requirement of an overall score of 85%–90% in the seventh standard exam a student has to obtain in order to seek admission in this school.

Panchayat Elections

There are 5 sections for each grade/class, A-E. For each section there are 5 leaders elected normally 3 boys and 2 girls. among all the 25 leaders, nominations are sought and three leaders are elected to represent the school. This election process happens every year.
