The New South Wales State League Division One is the third-highest state level men's association football division in New South Wales

. The competition is conducted by Football NSW, the state's governing body.
After the end of the 2009 season, Dulwich Hill F.C. were promoted to the NSW Super League. The Gladesville Ryde Magic and Camden Tigers were also promoted up from Division Two
into the competition. No club was demoted due to various circumstances, including the merger between Mounties F.C. and Sydney Wanderers, thus creating the Mounties Wanderers who will take part in the 2010 competition.

League Format
There are 26 Rounds in total with each team playing each other twice-home and away. The Final Series consists of 5 teams semi's:- First Week - Preliminary Semi-Final- 2nd vs 3rd + Elimination Semi-Final- 4th vs 5th
- Second Week - Major Semi-Final- 1st vs Winner PSF + Minor Semi-Final- Loser PSF vs Winner ESF
- Third Week - Preliminary Final - Loser of MJF vs Winner of MNS
- Final Week - Grand Final - Winner of MJF vs Winner of PF
