played the actual drums on this album, however, as Nick was not in the band during the recording. He is shown to be in the band and credited as the band's drummer in the album booklet. However, Josh Freese still gets mentioned as performing the drumming of the album.


††Nick played drums on the track "Hang On" and was credited as drummer for the original release of "Disclaimer".

†††Although part of the band at the time of the release, Nick actually did not play on any of the tracks.
