Nicolaus Ferdinand Haller (21 January 1805 in Hamburg
- 10 October 1876 in Hamburg) was a jurist, senator and mayor of Hamburg from 1863 to 1864; 1866 to 1868; 1870; 1872 to 1873.
He was the father of the architect Martin Haller
and a cousin to Philippine Haller, mother of the painter Max Liebermann
