Nils Wogram is a jazz trombonist. He began classical study at twelve and joined the German Federal Jazz Orchestra in 1989. In 1992 he moved to New York City
where he lived for a few years. While there he had his debut album in 1994 and later formed a quartet that had Simon Nabatov
as pianist.
After that album he had two more as leader, toured Russia
with Root70, and won awards in his native Germany. He currently teaches at a conservatory in Lucerne
