Nitrosylazide is a highly unstable nitrogen oxide, chemical formula N4O, which can be synthesized via the following reaction at low temperatures:
Below –50 °C, nitrosylazide exists as a pale yellow solid. Above this temperature, it decomposes into nitrous oxide
