Norman Allen Adie is a theater owner/operator/developer based in New York City and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He has a B.A. from Coatbridge College and a Masters from the Institute of Theater Management. Born in Scotland, Adie began his career in London with the Rank Organization and Twentieth Century Fox before moving to the United States to work at Radio City Music Hall

Adie then founded Screen Arts Corporation and developed his own New York theaters in Times Square and Brooklyn. Adie currently operates Brooklyn Heights Cinema in Brooklyn, New York and the Monroe 6 Cinema in Monroe, New York. Adie operated the Foxmoor 7 Cinemas in Marshalls Creek, Pennsylvania from 2006 through 2009, but was evicted in December, 2009 for failing to pay rent. On November 23, 2010, Adie was arrested and charged with Federal securities and wire fraud. Foxmoor property owner Dr. Ram Rayasam has called Adie "a con man and egomaniac".
