published daily except Sundays and Holidays in New York City
by Bicentennial Publishing (until June 2011) and Outwater Media Group (nowadays).
It was founded on April 4, 1971, by the journalist Bolesław Wierzbiański (19132003), the newspaper's first editor-in-chief.
