At Sporting's Academy, Nuno Reis came through the several youth ranks, where he won eight titles (five of them National Championships) in seven seasons Sporting junior squad. He was also part of Sporting's junior team that became champions three times in a row, where he was team's captain during the last year. In addition, he was also called up for several main squad home matches, against Belenenses and Atlético Madrid (UEFA Europa League).
