Nyas means establishment. It means establishment of your own desired God within your desired body organ accompanied by chanting of mantras. This is done to relax out the tired out body or any specific organ and to fill it with new energy. Nyas is an important method to remove dosh (inefficiency) of our body. 1.Matrukanyas, in various language and sects.

2.Mantranyas, done through verses or any type of reading material.

3.Devtanyas, this is done to establish respective Gods in various organs.

4.Tatvanyas, to establish connection with various climatic forces.

5.Karnyas, done on the fingers and on both the side of palm.

6.Anganyas

7.Vyapaknyas, doing of mantranyas from distance on complete body.

8.Hrishisthan, nyas on six position of respective Gods or enlightened people, on head is hrishi / rishi
