The Oceania Champions League
2007 was held in January 2007 with six clubs from five member associations of the Oceania Football Confederation
: New Zealand, New Caledonia
, Tahiti
, Fiji
and the Solomon Islands
. The six clubs were split into two groups of three for home and away matches.
Auckland City
qualified as the reigning champions of the OFC Champions Cup. The other 5 teams gained their qualifications due to their domestic league performances. Following the withdrawal of Vanuatu
’s Port Vila Sharks, the OFC awarded a second berth to Waitakere United
, the leader after the first round of the current New Zealand Football Championship

The two group winners met in a home and away grand-final at April 21 and 28, 2007. The winner claimed Oceania’s US$1 million (NZ$1.41 million) berth in the 2007 FIFA Club World Cup
