The neighborhood is north of the Sunset Highway
and is bounded by Cornell Road on the south, West Union Road on the north, Bethany Boulevard on the west and Northwest 143rd Avenue on the east. It was a planned community
and was built in the 1960s. It is located at the western end of Cedar Mill
and southeastern end of the Bethany
area.

There were 3,397 households out of which 39.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.8% were married couples
living together, 6.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.1% were non-families. 23.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.66 and the average family size was 3.19.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 29.0% under the age of 18, 9.0% from 18 to 24, 34.5% from 25 to 44, 21.6% from 45 to 64, and 6.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 32 years. For every 100 females there were 103.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.1 males.
