Omega Chase tells the story of Mack Baron, "a man who knows who he is but doesn't know where he's supposed to be". Mack begins as the sheriff of a 19th century Texas town plagued by a zombie horde, but also vaguely recalls memories of his future. Memories of being an officer on a 24th century starship

The first issue arrived in stores on October 3, 2007.
The second issue debuted at the New York Comic Con in April, 2008.
The third issue debuted at the Baltimore Comic Con in September, 2008.
The fourth issue debuted at the Philadelphia Wizard World convention in June, 2009.
