History
In 2008, the company again saw an opportunity to assist its clients with its voice services. Many OSN customers were going through network analysis and migration from traditional analog voice to IP-based corporate voice. OSN felt that there was an opportunity to simplify this migration path and provide value through a comprehensive set of VOIP solutions. With OSN’s new suite of VOIP services, clients have the ability to take advantage of the cost savings of SIP trunking while maintaining legacy equipment or migrating to an IP infrastructure at their own pace. Further, with OSN’s cloud-based PBX and fax services, its customers no longer need to manage on-premise systems, saving costs in staffing and capex, and improving redundancy and functionality.Awards and Recognition:
