The Open Forum of Cambodia (OFC) was formed in 1994 and is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to promote dialogue in Cambodian society.
It provided the first e-mail service in the country in 1994 to encourage dialogue and address social concerns. Its programme includes paper-based publications, in Khmer
