Agios Georgios Pagon
The village Agios Georgios Pagon had 74 inhabitants at the 2001 census. It is a settlement which saw tourism in the third quarter of the 20th century. It has a store and the Tsimbougis house in the south side of the beach (building first completed in the 18th century) and the Tagkos or Tagos store next to the Saint George church in the beginning of the 20th century. In the southern part of the bay next to the Tsimpougis has preserved rubble on its old settlement which was destroyed in the earlier era. The village is built in a panoramic setting above Agios Georgios Bay, it offers a view of the hills and mountains of the western and northwestern Corfu.
