Palaeoamasia - AbsoluteAstronomy.com

Palaeoamasia is an extinct enigmatic genus of Palaeoamasiidae. One specimen has been named Palaeoamasia kansui (Ozansoy 1966). It is represented in Eocene deposits of Central Anatolia. Except from Ozansoy 1966 and 1969, Sen and Heintz 1979, Kaya 1995 and Gul 2003 have studied about the genus.
