The PalaisQuartier is a building project in the city centre of Frankfurt
. It is located on an approximately 1.7 acre (0.6879662 ha) downtown area between the shopping area Zeil
and the historic Eschenheim Tower
, and has four components: The MyZeil
shopping mall, a 135-metre high office tower, the 96 metres high Jumeirah Frankfurt Hotel and the reconstruction of the Palais Thurn und Taxis
. Construction started in July 2004 and the project was completed in 2009.
