Palmar flexion is one of the movements of the wrist
and hand
which takes place at the wrist joint, where the angle between the palm and the forearm
is decreased. The opposite of this is dorsiflexion
or extension, where the angle between the back (dorsum) of hand and the forearm is reduced.
