Panorama Tower I was completed in 2006. It has 33 floors and is 420 ft (128 m) tall. Panorama Tower II was completed in 2007. It has 33 floors and is 420 ft (128 m) tall. Panorama Tower North was completed in November 2008. It is 500 ft (152.4 m) tall and has 45 floors. In 2010, Panorama Tower North was rebranded as "The Martin." Panorama Tower IV is on hold indefinitely. If built it will have 44 floors, and be 550 ft (167.6 m) tall.

Panorama Towers is managed by RMI Management, LLC. The property was opened by property manager, property management expert, Christine Vanderbeck Alfieri in 2006 until present day. Prior to Panorama Towers Las Vegas, NV Alfieri was Vice President HOA
