In November 2010, Paper Route announced that Andy Smith, who co-wrote and sang in the band's most popular songs, (vocals, guitars, harmonica, theremin) would be leaving the band. He is now fronting another band called Brother Leather.
The band announced via social networking site Twitter on the 28th December 2010 that they were working on a new album, due out late 2011.
On November 1, 2011 Paper Route officially released their new single, "Better Life", to iTunes and Amazon. The song will be featured on their upcoming album entitled "The Peace Of Wild Things".

History
Paper Route is composed of Chad Howat (bass, piano, programming), J.T. Daly (vocals, keyboards, percussion) and Gavin McDonald (drums). Howat and Daly, together with co-founding member Andy Smith, first began playing together late at night after a previous musical endeavor (For All The Drifters) had disbanded.
