There are seven council members serving at large. Every two years there is an election. Four positions are open. The top three candidates are each elected for a four-year term. The fourth candidate is awarded a two-year term.

2051 votes Lesley Ann DeSouza

1821 votes Ralph Kolasinski

1644 votes Kelly Czack

1632 votes Jim McCall

Therefore, DeSouza, Kolasinski and Czack will serve four-year terms with the next election being held in 2011. McCall will serve two years with the next election being held in 2009.
