Pascal Michel Ghislain Delannoy (2 April 1957 - ) is the current Bishop of Saint Denis

Delannoy was born in Comines
in the Archdiocese of Lille. He studied secondary nell'Institution Saint Jude of Armentières, undertook graduate studies in economics
at the Catholic University of Lille, ending with a "maîtrise". He has practiced accounting for four years, then entered the Major Seminary of Lille, where he followed all his training for the priesthood.
He was ordained priest on 4 June 1989 for the diocese of Lille.
He held the following Ministerial appointments: Vice-parish priest of Saint-Baptiste in Roubaix and Saint-Paul to Hem, responsible for movements in the deanery of apostolic-Roubaix Center (1989–1991), head of pastoral environments for independent zone Roubaix (1991–1997), Dean of Center-Roubaix (1997–1999). From 1999 to 2004 was Episcopal Vicar of the area of Flandres, and at the same time Dean of Bailleul and then, since 2003, Dean dell'Houtland. In the French Bishops' Conference is the President of the Episcopal Commission of the Council Financial and Economic Affairs, social and legal.
He was appointed titular bishop
of Usinaza and appointed Auxiliary bishop of Lille by Pope John Paul II
on 30 June 2004, was consecrated 12 September of that year.
