). Radhamani later gets a job in Thiruvananthapuram Secretariat and she wants to go to the town. But Sundaresan cannot close his store and go with her and neither does he want to allow Radhamani to go alone. In the arguments that followed, Radhamani decides that she will go at any cost and Sundaresan goes along with her.
They both rent a home and live together. Sundaresan does all sort of foul plays for the officials to kick his wife out of the job. Finally he steals a confidential file from the office which Radhamani was responsible for. He does that with the help of a clerk in her office who was also their rented house's owner. Radhamani was humiliated in the office and she attempts a suicide. She was hospitalised and Sundaresan confesses the truth to her boss. Radhamani decides to part the relation.
Sundaresan learns that Radhamani is pregnant. His every attempt to heal the breakup and to see her fails. Sundaresan decides that he will join the evening college and take graduation. He works hard in his studies and gains his degree and also a job as bus conductor in KSRTC. Radhamani gives birth during that time and she decides to pardon her husband and the couple unites.
