Career
Paul Connolly joined the company, then known as MCA Music in 1988 rising to become its A&R Director in 1991 and Managing Director in 1994. In 1997 he took on the additional role of Vice President of MCA Music International and in 1999 he was appointed Executive Vice President, Europe and Managing Director UK of the newly formed Universal Music Publishing subsequent to the merger with PolygramPolyGram
