Paul Giudicelli was an abstract painter from the Dominican Republic
. A native of San Pedro de Macorís
, he initially entered the University of Santo Domingo to study philosophy, but he switched to the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes the following year. In 1953 he held his first exhibition, at the Galería Nacional de Bellas Artes. He later became a teacher. Giudicelli died in Santo Domingo
in 1965.
