. Then US 11/PA 307 have an interchange with the northern terminus of the Central Scranton Expressway. Northeast of Central Scranton Expressway, US 11/PA 307 cross Roaring Brook and then three pairs of railroad tracks on the Spruce Street Bridge. In the northern section of Scranton, US 11/PA 307 pass near the University of Scranton
and become Jefferson Avenue, then they turn to the north to become Mulberry Street. Then US 11/PA 307 begin a freeway called the North Scranton Expressway. The first exit is to Province Road and 7th Street and access to Memorial Stadium. The next exit is to Main Avenue and Euclid Avenue. On the following exit, PA 307 exits the North Scranton Expressway and becomes Keyser Avenue. Then PA 307 leaves Keyser Avenue and becomes Morgan Highway. In South Abington Township
