Route description

PA 324 along its route has many other route names it goes by. The streets on the route are Pequea Boulevard, Marticville Road, New Danville Pike, and Queen Street

The route begins in the village of Pequea at the intersection of River Road, a mile from the Pequea Creek Recreational Area. The very rural route winds north through Martic and Pequea township to the intersection, and small concurrency with PA 741. The route continues north, paralleling the Conestoga River
