. PA 413 is signed north–south and travels that direction for most of the route, but upon crossing the Burlington-Bristol Bridge & the New Jersey state line and continuing south to U.S. Route 130

, and turns west, forming a concurrency. The road interchanges with I-95 again and heads west into Langhorne Manor
where it meets the northern terminus of Pennsylvania Route 513
and turns north onto Bellevue Avenue.
PA 413 heads north on Bellevue Avenue before shifting a block to the east onto Pine Street. Within a short distance, the route interchanges with U.S. 1
and continues into the borough of Langhorne
, where it intersects Pennsylvania Route 213
. It then re-enters Middletown Township and takes on the name of Newtown Langhorne Road.
It heads north into Newtown Township
where it meets the Newtown Bypass, a road that serves as a ¾ bypass of the borough of Newtown
. PA 413 turns west onto the bypass, merging with Pennsylvania Route 332
. Shortly after, Pennsylvania Route 532
merges onto the bypass, forming a three-way concurrency, PA 332 eventually heads to the west on Richboro Road and PA 413 and PA 532 continue to the northern edge of Newtown, where PA 413 splits from PA 532 and heads to the northwest on Durham Road.
Durham Road carries Pennsylvania Route 413 into Wrightstown Township
, where it intersects Pennsylvania Route 232
. It then continues into Buckingham Township
