-based employment agency specialising in industrial and commercial recruitment on a temporary and permanent basis. The company originally ran as People Plus was set up in 2001 by current Director Jason Guy and was founded with the assistance of The Prince's Trust
. To repay the faith shown in him Jason is now a business mentor for the Prince's Trust. In 2004 the company made the final six of the 'The Prince's Trust and The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Business Awards' and in 2005 the company achieved ISO9001 accreditation. The company also holds REC (the Recruitment and Employment confederation) corporate membership.
In December 2009 the company also achieved the coveted DCSF Quality Mark (Department for Children, Schools and Families).
The company operates from branches in Wolverhampton
and Cannock
in the West Midlands and is currently planning further branches to open in Coventry
, Gloucester
and Hereford

First4Staff! have hit the recession head on choosing to adopt a positive marketing campaign and see this as an ideal time to promote the brand and grow the business further. The First4 brand is currently expanding and First4Mobile.com was launched in October 2010.
First4Staff! currently employs 12 staff directly and places approximately 300+ people out to work each week generating an annual turnover of circa £2 million pounds per year. The company currently supplies a portfolio of blue chip clients and has recently been recognised by de Poel as a second tier labour services provider.
The Directors of First Resourcing Ltd Jason Guy and Luke Adamczyk have recently been recognised for their achievements and have been included in the 'Who's Who Of Britains Business Elite - Young Business Leaders 2010' publication. Of the 620,178 directors in the UK aged 35 or under, only 17,913 have qualified for inclusion into this title (less than 3%). Only 56 people from Wolverhampton and 545 people from the West Midlands have qualified for entry into the 'Who's who' guide.
