In 2011, Perficient announced that it had acquired business and management consulting
firm, Exervio for $13.6 million. The purchase price includes $7.6 million in cash and $6 million in Perficient common stock. Roughly $3.4 million of the total consideration is subject to earnout and working capital provisions, Perficient said. 7 Mile Advisors served as M&A advisor to Exervio on the transaction.
