  • Undergraduate Membership

Potential members may be admitted for membership in an undergraduate chapter only while in attendance at a four-year accredited college or university, or at a junior or community college. When you apply for membership at a junior or community college you must have the intentions on transferring to a four year college or university. There is a minimum grade point average, number of community service hours, and financial obligation that must be maintained at all times during undergraduate membership to remain active.
  • Graduate/Alumni Membership

Potential graduate members must hold a degree from a four-year accredited educational institution.

Membership Intake

The intake period is what a potential member of the fraternity engages in before being initiated as a member. This period is the time the potential member learns of the organization's history, principles and tenacity of brotherhood.
The process is designed to develop brotherhood and transition new members into their roles as Charismatic members of Phi Rho Eta Fraternity, Inc. They do not "make" men (members of Phi Rho Eta were men before their "process" ever began). Instead, they ensure that those that are given the opportunity to join the brotherhood, are equipped with the tools necessary to face the enormous challenges that Phi Rho Eta Fraternity, Inc. has decided to address.

Stance on Hazing

Hazing is against fraternity's official policy. Hazing is against the purposes and goals of the Fraternity. There is a zero tolerance against any kind of hazing. Individuals involved in hazing face severe disciplinary action by the fraternity and authorities.
Hazing directly opposes the concept of brotherhood. There is no excuse for it. Phi Rho Eta Fraternity, Inc has developed a Fraternal culture that understands and despises the hypocrisy of Fraternal hazing.
