The Rt. Rev. Philip Lindel Tsen (郑和甫, January 7, 1885-June 6, 1954) was a Bishop
of the Anglican Church.
He was educated at the University of Pennsylvania
and ordained in 1912. He was consecrated an Assistant Bishop
of Honan on 24 February 1929 and elected Bishop of Honan in 1939.
