Phillip Rhys is an English actor.
Rhys was born the second of three boys in South London. After graduating from Westminster College he spent a year living and working in Paris. He then returned to London to study acting with Marianna Hill at The Lee Strasberg Institute and later with Jeffrey Tambor
and Milton Katselas
at The Beverly Hills Playhouse in Los Angeles.
Phillip has developed his acting talent with a diverse range of roles across film, television and theatre. Upcoming projects include The Adventures of Tintin

In 2002, Rhys was seen in Flatland, a 22 episode sci-fi action drama series set in 2010, Shanghai. The series was produced by Al Ruddy (Academy Award-winner for "The Godfather") and was the first series for American television to be shot entirely in mainland China. Rhys, who costarred with Dennis Hopper
, played the role of Quentin Mitchell,' a reformed mob lawyer. His other television credits include C.S.I., "Bones," "NCIS," "Shark," "Fertile Ground," and "Warehouse: 13."
