Sale of Operations

On June 26, 2008. Repechage Investments Ltd., owner of the Elephant &
Castle family of pubs, announced that its subsidiaries comprising the Massachusetts Pub Group had
completed their acquisition of Piccadilly Pubs.
The piccadilly Pub Foxboro location is not closed. Only the Tewksbury and Randolph locations were closed on Monday May 2nd 2011. Any questions regarding Piccadilly Pub please call 617-720-2100.
