Planet Master is the name of two supervillains in DC Comics

Either way, this Planet Master popped up as a member of Alexander Luthor, Jr.

In "A Bat Divided," Planet Master appeared as a patron in the bar where the other villains hang out until the arrival of Firestorm and the three Batmen.
