2004 Edition

The first official event show Planet Pop Festival was held on 13/14 August 2004, at the playhouse Via Funchal. A key attraction of the evening was the group The Underdog Project, from the USA. The group that unites beats typically American, such that hip-hop, black and R & B, dance music, shook the theater for more than 1 hour. Highlight for the song "Saturday Night", the most famous and awaited the show.

The closing balance for two nights, it was clear that in that year's event, much reformulated positively, between stage, production and so on. 2006 Edition

So it has come to the end of January and all the artists already confirmed: the Belgian group Ian Van Dahl and Lasgo, the German project Groove Coverage and fellow German DJ Jan Wayne with a vocal Charlene the Italians Ross and DJ Double You; beyond national attractions Daytona, Dalimas and Kasino. It is noteworthy that the attractions of Brazil in the advent of shows every cast CD's, especially Kasino, which was the country's most anticipated attraction of the night, because the inserts singles in their novels of 8 TV Globo.

Later, Charlene came back and sang with Mel (lead singer of Groove Coverage) the classic "I'll Fly With You" by Gigi D'Agostino and Love Generation, anthem Cup that year. In the end, everyone sang Happy Birthday to Mel, as was his 25th birthday on the day. More tears. In the end, the joint submission of Annemie Coenen (Ian Van Dahl) and Evi Goffin (Lasgo) set the tone of nostalgia to the public, who enjoyed and danced a sexy show, full of hits and remixes of the main achievements of the group including the hit "Surrender" of the new album of Lasgo, FAR AWAY.

Speculations

Much is said about the end of Planet Pop Festival, and his fate is vague therefore had ended the era of Dance / Trance (2001–2006). AnnaGrace with vocalist Annemie Coenen (ex-Ian Van Dahl) are two super singles: You Make Me Feel and Let The Feelings Go Sylver (very little known in Brazil), is about to release a new album titled Sacrifice, the Finally the group was single I hate You Now and Rise Again. Milk Inc. is the single and album Forever Race, but very soon will launch the single Guilty. Milk Inc. draws crowds at their concerts in Belgium. 2009 Edition

The Planet Pop Festival 2009 took place on June 27, 2009, at Via Funchal, and clear.
