Much like Plaza las Americas, it is notable for its sophisticated design, featuring artwork scattered through the mall, especially on its central atrium. The mall is accessible from both its first and second floor.

As of September 16, 2010, there were plans to add a 10-screen multiplex will open in time for the Christmas 2010 holiday season in the immediacy of the mall. The location is immediately south of the main mall complex in an area bounded by Autopista Luis A. Ferre.
