The show starts off with hosts, Elisha and Jay (or Tyler) introducing to the viewers to what will be seen throughout the show, breaking the fourth wall. One of the hosts (Elisha, Tyler Jay, or Vanessa) then start their first exploration on the show, (which could involve snowboarding, surfing, motorbiking, going to a circus, hospital, amusement park, even biking). Another host then goes on their exploration. Throughout the first two adventures, short, educational segments are shown. Later, another segment is shown, called Charlie's Experiment/Tip; though it is much longer than the mini segments shown throughout the show. After some more real life examples of the show's topic are shown, the two hosts then conclude the show, saying, "See you next week" and the show ends.Segments
