Port Elizabeth Blackpool (often abbreviated as PE Blackpool) were a South African football club from Port Elizabeth, who played their last season in 1991.
The club initially played with the name Blackpool in 1985-87, where they first played two seasons in the second tier to the South African NSL

When the club had to relegate again, to play the 1988-season in the OK League

they decided to change their name to Mighty Blackpool.
With the new more powerful name, the club managed one more time to qualify for a promotion to NSL, where they played the next 3 seasons in a row. During the 3 last years in the top flight league, the name was slightly changed, to be Giant Blackpool in 1989,
then just Blackpool in 1990,
and finally PE Blackpool in 1991. When the 1991-season ended with relegation for the club, it also ceased to exist, with the remainings of the professional club opting to merge with the Johannesburg
