Pregnant in Heels is a documentary drama airing Tuesdays at 10/9c on Bravo, which premiered in 2011. Following fashion designer Rosie Pope as she helps expectant mothers through her maternity concierge service, Rosie also owns a couture maternity clothing boutique (opened in 2008) and runs MomPrep (started in 2010), a training course for expectant mothers. Employees Hannah and LT assist Rosie with running the store while Rosie designs clothing and helps pregnant mothers with their odd baby needs.
LT is Lawrence Preston Thompson. He is a singer/songwriter/producer for the electronic dance duo, The Kiki Twins. His band, including AC aka Clint Ashley Spires, was featured in episode 2, Bedroom Blues, performing their song, "Step Touch" from TKT- The EP, Pt. 1. The duo appeared again, briefly at the end of the Season 1 finale, episode 8, Daddy Boot Camp, as part of a montage about LT and THE KIKI TWINS.
The show was renewed for a second season on 1 September, 2011.
