, it was extremely popular for use in electric typewriter

. Unlike Courier, however, its popularity has not extended into the computer age; while Prestige software fonts can be obtained, they are not in wide use.
FB Alix, a font family designed by Matthew Butterick in 2011, is based partly on Prestige. Butterick studied type samples he made with an actual IBM Selectric typewriter.
