Students must also live in St. Louis City/County, St. Charles City/County, or Jefferson County. Students entering 1st through 8 may apply.Curriculum
PEGS provides:- Accelerated learning through curriculum compacting
- Training in critical and creative thinking skills
- Creative projects
- Special assistance with social/emotional growth
- Mentors for learning enrichment and extension
- Mainstreaming for fine arts/physical education
Selection
Students will be selected based on intelligence tests, classroom examinations, and academic performance. In terms of intelligence tests, a compound score of 161+ is required on the Stanford-Binet 5.Facilities
