and is based on the book "The Four Arrows Fe-As-Ko" by Randall Beth Platt. The script was adapted by Kevin Sullivan and Peter Behrens. The film was directed by Ken Jubenvill, a regular director from Sullivan's hit television series "Wind at my Back".
The movie stars Henry Czerny
, who had been known previous to "Promise the Moon" for playing darker supporting roles. This was one of his first roles in which he had a chance to play the hero.
