 State Park membership. The daily admission fee for residents (non-residents) is $6 ($8), while it costs $24 ($29) for an annual pass. Use of the Recreation Passport, obtained with license plate renewals for an additional $10 replaces the $24 annual or $6 daily expense when entering this or any Michigan state park or boat launch. A 'P' on your license plate tab will indicate your Recreation Passport purchase for easy access to this and any of the Michigan state parks or recreation areas.
