After the formation of this unit in 1987, Fzono has used several other names for the band on occasions such as Hobo Summit, Acid Head Organization and Aurora Heads (In the US, this unit has been known as Aurora Heads.). In 2008, Fzono unified the unit name to the original name Psychedelic Plants Research Laboratory.Currently Psychedelic Plants Research Laboratory is the only name he uses.
