Qamar Zaman Kaira (born January 5, 1960 in Kharian
) was the former Pakistani Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting. He also holds the additional office of the Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Northern Areas since March 31, 2008. He also remained the acting Governor of Gilgit-Baltistan.
