, found in the Moka District and the capital of the Garden District. It houses the District Council of the region. It has a population of over 30,600 (2009 census). Its quarters and suburbs include Bonne Veine, Esperance, Valetta, Providence, Route 16, Bursa, Royal Plaza and Vuillemin.
